Project Launch

A semester-long program dedicated to teaching underserved Los Angeles high school students the entrepreneurial skills need to be future leaders.

We connect underserved Los Angeles high school students to relevant USC student mentors, and help our students build the hard skills, soft skills, and growth mindset they will need as leaders of the next generation.

We believe mentorship paired with project-based, skill-focused learning will help prepare our mentees to be future leaders. The Project Launch program spans 8 weeks consisting of two 2-hour long workshops per week that equip our mentees with a variety of tools; hard skills like coding, designing and video editing, soft skills like working in teams, ideating and sending professional emails, and tours to tech companies such as Snap and Buzzfeed. We empower our mentees to be lifelong learners willing to tackle difficult challenges in the future.
