• Interviews are Tuesday from 10-7 and Wednesday from 10-6
• Note: Don't do interviews if you can't show up to (most of or all of) First Round Deliberations (Thursday Night from 6:00pm-12am)

How to Conduct Second Round Interviews:

How are Second Round Interviewers chosen?

• Second Round interviews will be chosen based on the pool of interviewers who complete First Round deliberations. The goal is to have a diverse group of 13 interviewers- across grade, major, involvement in Spark, etc. to make sure we have as many perspectives represented as possible in our final deliberations.
• You must be able to attend part of the interviews on Fridayy from 6:00pm-11:00pm. You must also be able to attend all of second round deliberations on Saturday from 10:00am - 5:00pm.
